Cad é Coiste na dTuismitheoirí? - What is the Parent’s Council ?
Is é Coiste na dTuismitheoirí an struchtúr trínar féidir le tuismitheoirí na scoile, oibriú le chéile, ar mhaithe le hoideachais a gcuid páistí. Bíonn an Comhairle ag comhoibriú leis an bpríomhoide, foireann na scoile agus an Bord Bainistíochta, chun ceangal éifeachtach a dhéanamh idir an scoil agus an baile. Tá coiste iontach sa scoil faoi láthair atá an-ghníomhach go deo. Déanann siad an-chuid ag iarradh ciste a chur le chéile le hairgead a bhailiú chun acmhainní breise agus imeachtaí breise a chur ar fáil do pháistí na scoile. Déanann siad an-chuid chun tuismitheoirí na scoile a thabhairt le chéile agus chun spiorad na scoile a chothú.
The Parent’s Council(PC) is the structure through which the parents in a school can work together for the best possible education for their children. The PC works with the Principal, staff and Board of Management (BOM) to build effective partnership between home and school.
We are very proud of our active and supportive coiste. Their support ensures the smooth running of day-to-day life in Scoil Gharbháin. Funds raised by our coiste provide many resources and curricular activities for our pupils.
